Role Summary:

Provide technical administration and support CF marketing platforms and software applications to ensure optimal performance in a secured manner.  To work with all levels of management by providing full cycle expertise on the application.


What you will deliver:

  • Under minimal supervision, responsible for technical administration of marketing applications and initiatives
  • Provide technical support for solutions
  • Conduct research and assist team with recommendations for system improvements through the proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of solutions
  • Create and maintain thorough documentation related to administrative configurations, integrations, procedures and modifications of applicable corporate applications
  • Assist the Application Development team by performing applications testing and application deployments
  • Contribute to and manage installations, patching and monitoring of development, testing and production application environments
  • Manage incident queue for business solutions team to ensure that all tickets are promptly assigned to appropriate team members and are resolved in a timely manner
  • Provide Content Management support and expertise for the Contentful application
  • Ensure corporate data is secured in accordance with IT security policies
  • Act as the designated contact for all support and related issues for assigned applications
  • Support supplier enablement activities

What you need to succeed:  

  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience administering software applications (preferably marketing software applications and technologies)



The following technologies and skills would be considered a strong asset:

  • System administration including configuration, security, procedures and best practices
  • Designing and configuring process workflows incorporating, alerts, actions and approvals
  • Providing end-user support
  • Implementing custom modifications and configurations into production environments
  • Contentful technology as Data CMS and Front End Web CMS
  • Adobe marketing technologies including: Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Adobe Campaign Standard, Adobe Experience Platform
  • Microsoft Excel and Tableau for reporting
